  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites until a smooth, creamy batter forms.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and fully set. Let the cake cool completely before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
