- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix flours and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, honey, yogurt, and egg. Stir to combine.
- Purée half a mango and fold it into the batter.
- Spoon batter into donut molds and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and springy.
- While donuts bake, purée the remaining mango.
- Once cooled, dip each donut into mango purée and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Enjoy!
