- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, vanilla, and agave.
- Add the amaranth flakes and the Rice Krispies. Mix well.
- Add the mixture to a parchment paper lined baking dish (8"x8") and press it down with a spatula until flat and firm.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate with coconut oil, then pour it over the mixture.
- Put the pan in the fridge for a few hours, or until set. Then cut into bars and enjoy!
