- Add all of the ingredients, except for the acai powder, to a saucepan and cook it over medium heat until the mixture starts to boil.
- Then lower the heat to low, mash some of the blueberries so that they release their juices, and cook the mixture for another 3 minutes until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat and mix in the acai powder. Add a splash of milk if the porridge seems too thick.
- Transfer to bowls, garnish with favorite toppings, and enjoy!
