Ingredientes

3 1/2 tablespoons of Arracacha Flour
4 cups of soy milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of Cacao Powder

Instrucciones

Mix all of the ingredients in a pot. Once everything is well combined, put the pot on medium heat and stir constantly.
Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, and cook it for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the pot from the heat and pour the pudding into serving bowls. Set them aside to cool down a bit and then refrigerate the bowls for at least an hour before serving.
