  1. In a bowl, mix together the mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, milk, and cacao powder. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  2. Before serving, add the overnight oats to one or two serving bowls and set aside while you prepare the chocolate quinoa pop topping.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave. Add popped quinoa to melted chocolate and mix it. Then spread the mixture over oats. Place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
