- Place the mango and Greek yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the lucuma powder and blend to mix.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add it to the blender and blend until well incorporated.
- Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Enjoy as is or top with your favorite toppings, like a drizzle of condensed milk and crushed pistachios.
