  1. In a bowl, combine the maca, oat flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
  2. Once the mixture is well-combined, transfer it to a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula or a spoon, spread the mixture evenly. Set aside.
  3. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a microwave–safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted. Mix in the coconut oil right away.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
  5. Freeze for at least an hour, then slice into bars. Enjoy!

These energizing maca peanut butter bars, covered with chocolate, are so good that you might be tempted to eat the whole thing by yourself. Luckily, they store well in the fridge.
