- In a bowl, combine the maca, oat flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
- Once the mixture is well-combined, transfer it to a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula or a spoon, spread the mixture evenly. Set aside.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a microwave–safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted. Mix in the coconut oil right away.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for at least an hour, then slice into bars. Enjoy!
