  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease an oven safe baking dish.
  2. In the prepared dish, add the mashed bananas, oats, amaranth flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cacao powder, and milk. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Add spoonfuls of peanut butter on top and gently swirl them into the batter. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until set in the center. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
