- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease an oven safe baking dish.
- In the prepared dish, add the mashed bananas, oats, amaranth flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cacao powder, and milk. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Add spoonfuls of peanut butter on top and gently swirl them into the batter. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until set in the center. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
