- Whisk together the milk with kaniwa flour in a saucepan.
- Put the heat on to low and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Simmer for two to three minutes, stirring constantly.
- When the mixture thickens and becomes creamy, turn the heat off and transfer the porridge into individual bowls.
- Garnish as desired and enjoy!
